Every PEMF product is tested before delivery
From raw materials to finished products, each step is strictly inspected.
Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
All incoming materials are carefully inspected before production. Key components such as electronic parts, coils,
cables, and controllers are checked for specifications, appearance, and performance to ensure only qualified materials enter the production process.

High Voltage Test
High voltage testing is conducted to ensure electrical safety. This inspection verifies insulation performance and prevents
potential risks such as leakage current or electrical breakdown during use.

Temperature Test
Temperature testing monitors heat generation during operation. It ensures the product remains within safe temperature ranges and
provides stable performance during extended usage.

Coil Resistance Test
The resistance of PEMF coils is precisely measured to confirm correct electrical parameters. This test guarantees accurate
magnetic field output and stable therapeutic performance.

Drop Test
Drop testing simulates accidental falls during transportation or daily use. Products are evaluated for structural integrity
and functional stability after impact.

Swing Test
Swing testing checks cable connections and internal structure durability. Repeated movement testing ensures long-term reliability
and prevents internal wire damage.

Gauss Intensity Test
Gauss intensity testing measures the actual magnetic field strength output. This ensures each PEMF product meets design
specifications and delivers consistent therapeutic performance.

Power & Frequency (Hz) Test
The power output and frequency (Hz) of each PEMF product are precisely tested to ensure accuracy and stability. This inspection
confirms that the actual operating parameters match design specifications, providing consistent magnetic field performance and
reliable therapeutic results.

Aging Test
Each PEMF and infrared product undergoes long-time aging testing under continuous operation. This test helps verify
long-term stability, performance consistency, and reliability before final approval.

Final QC Inspection (Mass Production QC)
Before shipment, finished products undergo comprehensive final inspection. Appearance, function, performance, and
packaging are all checked to ensure every batch meets OEM quality standards.
